John Bissell

John has over 30 years of development and construction experience. He joined the Hansji Company in 2002 and was key to building all of the firm’s assets prior to shifting his efforts to Terra Vi.

Previous stand out projects include Luhrs City Center in downtown Phoenix and the Marriott Residence Inn San Diego Gaslamp. With a history of successful projects, he currently leads the Terra Vi project team providing the critical support and direction necessary for brand, engineering, and construction success. Throughout his career, he has overseen the development, and construction of several million square feet of industrial, education, and hospitality facilities. John attended college at Cal State Pomona and law school at Western State College of Law.
